They may be subject to changes. The prices indicated on the website may be adjusted in the event of an increase in fees, charges or charges authorized by a competent authority. Passengers recognize that the price may be changed if the price of fuel, airport taxes, port taxes or exchange rate increases, provided that the exchange rate applicable 30 days before departure has increased by more than 5% since the date of purchase. In case of an increase of less than 7%, excluding GST and QST, the passenger undertakes to pay the difference. 2. TOURIST FORCES
Minibus packages may include passengers booking regular, riad, superior or luxury packages, with accommodation that may vary in the same group depending on the category reserved. For minibus-only guaranteed departure packages, passengers can choose to pay a surcharge not to be combined with other passengers, up to a maximum of 6 participants. This supplement is based on the number of participants, and guided tours with local guides are private, with the exception of the visit of the Hassan II Mosque in Casablanca, which is shared with a group. All other services are identical to other guaranteed minibus departure packages with the same program. All 4×4 excursions and hikes include 4 passengers plus the driver.
For 4×4 packages, the number of passengers per vehicle is 4Plus the driver. One passenger sits to the right of the driver at the front, and three passengers sit on the rear seat. The regular package (Dunes) guarantees the absence of any grouping with other passengers on board the 4×4 plus the driver during the duration of the circuit in 4×4 (days in 4×4 depending on the package). Airport/hotel/airport transfers and visits are in small groups exclusive by BONVAC.
For private 4×4 packages, the fare depends on the number of passengers on board the 4×4 plus the driver. If passengers want another 4×4 vehicle plus the driver at their destination, they must apply to our representative. Payment of the additional service must be made at the time of booking, with the duly signed authorization form for transmission and acceptance of the request, subject to availability and/or modification.
With regard to drivers for all 4×4 excursions and packages, BONVAC retains the services of English and French speaking drivers, although some drivers may have a more limited command of English. It is important to note that drivers of 4×4 are not tourist guides.
Exclusive guaranteed departures are based on the dates indicated on the site bonvac.ca, in the tab « Departure dates of packages », and are subject to availability and/or modification. A minimum of 2 passengers is required for each departure. BONVAC reserves the right to impose a minimum age limit or age to participate in all packages.
3. PERSONALIZED FORCE
Management fees, based on the work required for the personalized package, are applicable. The customer will be informed of the request for proposal process, as well as the amount of management fees required for the proposal of the custom package, which will also be communicated to the customer. These fees will be deducted from the final amount of the invoice only if BONVAC makes all reservations and benefits for the personalized package. BONVAC does not accept any reservations or services made independently. If the customer chooses to manage his/her own package, the management fee is not 100% refundable, and no credit is issued. BONVAC accepts no responsibility for the delivery of the final custom package to the customer.
A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the package is required to guarantee reservations and services. Some services may require a final payment of 100% at the time of booking. In case of non-availability of certain services after payment of the deposit or final payment, BONVAC reserves the right to replace these services with equivalents, the decision being final. If replacement with equivalents is not possible, the amount of the package will be adjusted with the client's consent.
BONVAC acts only as an advisor in the proposal and structure of the custom package. The assessment of one destination may vary from one customer to another, and BONVAC accepts no responsibility for the customer's assessment of the custom package.
For cancellations made more than 60 days prior to departure, BONVAC will re-evaluate the possibilities for land portions, with already issued airline tickets subject to airline conditions. For cancellations made within 60 days of departure, the final payment is non-refundable. If a balance is due, the customer undertakes to pay it in full at the time of cancellation.

Itineraries, visits, excursions, 4×4 rides, dromedary hikes, accommodation or other modes of transport are subject to modifications during the package due to special conditions. For exclusive group departures, BONVAC reserves the right to adjust the vehicle size according to the number of passengers.
